Frustrated

6 months ago I had my CC stolen so had to reload a new card to pay monthly MYOB subs, but have had no end of problems, every month they suspend account saying not paid.  Both myself and partner have spend numerous hours on phone waiting and getting MYOB to reload new card details - still not sorted - just wondering if anybody else has had these issues as about to go to Xero as almost had enough.

Hi @DH10 

That's tough to hear that your CC got stolen unfortunately there are limited number of low lifes amongst us that do these things to test us!

 

As a FYI, my company offers virtual cards which are an excellent alternative to using CC cards for paying software subs and other regular business expenses.
