JustInvoices - Email not working after Window update

Hi my justInvoices was sending email ok untill the last windows up date no i keep get the error code

Error: -2147219961 has any one found a fix

my emial just go to the draft box with no invoice  with it

Hi @clayton7008

 

Can you confirm which version of Outlook you are using with JustInvoices? As per the system requirements, we have only tested and therefore only support Microsoft Outlook 2003 - 2010 (32 bit) versions

 

Also what Operating System are using? If it is a later Operating System such as Windows 10 are you running JustInvoices in compatibility mode?

Thanks for confirming that information


As mentioned, JustInvoices is not tested with Office 365 and later versions of Outlook and therefore you can encounter an error, even if it has been working for a period of time.

 

If you are encountering an error with emailing from JustInvoices after an Outlook update my advice would be to do a repair install of Outlook, potentially the upgrade hasn't worked as intended.

 

Note: that this would be the only advice we would be able to provide in your situation due to the age of JustInvoices and the fact that it is not tested with later Operating Systems/versions of Office.
