MYOB Exo Payroll Update 2022.05 STP Error unable to connect

After upgrading our MYOB EXO Employee Information from 2022.02 to 2022.05 

We are unable to connect the STP.

Validation shows SSL certification installation failed.

Software Identifier failed with the message: Getting SID failed. The service returned a status code of 0 with a message [unable to connect]

Have tried: Installed version 4.5 of the .NET Framework from the Microsoft website. 

 

Still no luck. Please help.

Hi @Ingawi ,

Please get in touch with your support partner and request they reinstall the STP Certificate. 

 

They should be able to either install it for you, or provide you with a file to reinstall it yourself.
