Hi,
I have an issue whenever I install MYOB payroll in new PC. After restore data always pop up like below.
I tried so many ways to solve this issue such as ' run as administrator', delete other language pack, also set the location and time to New Zealand but didn't work.
I have contacted customer service and they could not find what the issue is.
I really need to solve this problem as my old laptop (just using for payroll now) needed to go it's too slow.
If I cannot solve this issue, can I just ignore the message? after I click the ok it seems running as normal.
Please help me.

No the data corruption message still pop up whenever open the program.
But I'm igonoring the message and click ok to use it.
Apart from that it seems ok to run. Would it be a problem in future if I continue to use the program?

Hi @CAAW
I'm sorry to see that you are still receiving the error message. I would recommend going to Tools > Rebuild Payroll List and Tools >Reindex data.
This will try to repair some minor corruption that may be in the file and also align the data.
Hope that helps.

Hi @CAAW
You mentioned earlier that it started when you installed MYOB Payroll onto another computer.
Can I confirm what operating system you installed it on? If it is not one of the systems listed in the Minimum System Requirements, then I would move it to one of the listed operating systems and see if the error occurs again.
