I can't confirm my MYOB premier v13 Confirmation online and when calling the hotline, it cannot be reached. using windows 10 64bit.
What seems to be the problem?

Premier v13 is a South-East Asian based version of the product and not a product that is supported by MYOB Australia or through this Community Forum. With this Forum focus on the Australian and New Zealand based products (products beginning with 61 or 64)*.
If you are using a South-East Asian based version we do recommend contacting your software provider, which for that range of products would typically be Abss.
*Should you have one of those products we are happy to assist with the confirmation. In order to do so, so send through a private message with your product serial number, what version of the product you are using and what operating system you are on.
