MYOB "Advanced" bank feed

Been trying to get these to work for some time now and i am on a time crunch (Both directors will not have access to the internet for a week) and we need to know if customers have made payments etc.

We have filled out the apply for bank feed screen. Then the instruction on the RHS says to submit which we have done then to print and sign the document. However this option is not available. Our "support" people dont seem to have a clue.

Hi @timjacobson ,

 

I'm currently working with your business partner to get this sorted.  I expect to have an update shortly that I can present.  This will be relayed back by the business partner. (I cannot promise an exact timeline at this stage, but I have found the root cause of your application issue)

 

For any other Advanced Business users reading this, please refer the case to your business partner with a screenshot of the error message being received when the submit button is pressed. (As Tim had done).  This allows the business partner/MYOB to address the issue.

Any updates from two days ago?

I still can not follow the instructions on the screen as supplied by your company. Stalls at submit still.

In this case, while we wait for the root cause of your issue to be fixed by a behind the scenes team, I've sent the required form directly to your business partner. (I understand the back office team also sent a copy of the PDF directly to your email address, but apparently, you didn't receive that message. )
