I have been trying to access an AccountRight 2023.3 Company File through Open in Web Browser. I end up getting the error message "Something went wrong" and to contact MYOB Support if the issue persists.
Before attempting that, I wondered if anyone was able to give me some advice or direct me to support notes

Hi @ngallah , try opening app.myob.com in your browser, and sign in there, then open your file.

Hi Mike, thank you very much for your response.
That is exactly what I did, but everytime I log in I get an error message.
the funny thing is the system logs me in but it can not open the dashboard and the menu, I can only see the logout button.
I really don't know what is wrong
