I have a client who requires a re-instalation of JustInvoices onto their computer due to upgrade.
They cannot find their Registration number. Can you please assist with supplying the number again?
We are happy to look into providing that registration number for JustInvoices. In order to do so, we do need to know the account of that product as such we would need to get the serial number*. You are welcome to private message that serial number on the Forum -- to send a private message to a user select their username ( @Steven_M ) and select Send a Message on the right-hand side.
*If the serial number of JustInvoices is not known we can try the company name, contact name or email address of the business.
As mentioned, if the serial number is not known we would need to get some company information such as company name, contact person and/or email address to see if we can track down in our systems the account and product details. You are welcome to send this information through in a private message on the Forum.
