Good Morning,
I am hoping someone may know what would cause a Bank Deposit from Ostendo to duplicate in MYOB.
I have been using Ostendo-MYOB for over 7 years and have never seen this before.

Generally, in these types of situations, we would recommend contacting your third-party app provider as the duplicates are generated in the software if the API call is made more than once.
To delete the duplicate bank deposits, please go to Transaction Journal>>Receipts and delete the relevant transactions named "bank deposit" or similar.
