Set up error in Long Service Leave

Hi Urgently need help on this please.

We are using AccountRight. I have a staff member who has been on LSL and after the pay run today I wanted to see how much LSL he has left and noticed that the time taken is not coming off his entitlements.

I have investigated and found that under Payroll Categories - Entitlments the Long Service leave account under Linked wages Category is linked to Long Service Leave Taken.  
When I process his pay it is going against Long service Leave.

What is the best way to fix this issue??

I can look into this for you.  To furtherly help you with this, can you please send me a Private Message with the screenshots of your long service accruals under entitlements and your long service leave taken under wages.
