Still Can't Confirm Company File

Hi MYOB Premier11 user here,

 

I only have 2 days to confirm but I can't. Tried online(I do have internet connection) but it prompts "Unable to Perform Online Confirmation", tried to confirm by phone but I can't connect to any of the numbers provided.

 

Is there other way this can be confirmed?

 

We don't have other company files, this needs to be confirmed now.
