Hi all, I am having a matching exception on one of our employees in MYOB Super Portal. I am selecting the file record and click on 'create new member'.
It appears to do nothing for a while, then an 'Accept' button appears next to the 'Create new member' button, but both buttons are dimmed out so I can't actually select either, so I am completely stuck and can't process the file.
I have reloaded the file twice now, and still have the same result. Anyone had similar or can suggest what is happening?

All good. Finally worked it out. Had to select the file record then wait long enough for the accept button to appear...
