Last year I had to send my file to be fixed and now it looks like I have a similar problem. It now seems to date back to pre 2017. I have tried the $1 fix suggested on some posts but this does not work. Please can you advise what steps to take now. I have the auditors with me and this needs to be attended to really quickly.

If the $1 refresh of the Opening Balances/historical balancing account process has not remedied that Balance Sheet situation we would need to be looking at getting that company file sent in an investigation and possible repair. Just before we do arrange for that can you confirm what version of the software you are using? Help>>About AccountRight
