Type options missing after Windows 10 upgrade

After upgrading to Windows 10, the Type options in Bank Register are missing.  Spend Money is the only option available.  It was all working normally on the Windows 7 OS.

Welcome to the MYOB Communtiy Forum, I hope you find it a wealth of useful information.

 

So we can assist you better, are you able to tell us which MYOB product and version you are using?

The only software that has been tested and certified as being Windows 10 compatible is AccountRight v19.11 and AccountRight 2015.3 and later. Versions older than this may work but are not tested for compatibility.

I took my computer to a local computer technician, and he solved the problem for me.  Thanks anyway.
