Unable to active company file

Hi,

 

I am unable to active the company file online for my AccountRight software.

 

Could you please assist?

Hi @RachelM1 

 

When you tried to log in to your company file, did you receive any error message? If it's asking for a confirmation code, kindly send me a private message with the following details:

 

  • Serial number
  • Name of primary contact and email address
  • Business name
  • Company File ID (Help > About MYOB AccountRight)
  • Company File Code (Help > About MYOB AccountRight)
