Unable to confirm company file online

I have MYOB Business Basics and have been instructed to confirm my company file. 

 

I am unable to confirm the file online and when I attempt to contact the 24/7 phone line I get a message stating that I have called out of hours!!

 

Can a moderator please advise how to fix this problem.
