I have an old MYOB BusinessBasics software that I have a company file on. However, when I try to confirm the company file online, it has the attached errror message: unable to perform online confirmation.
I've read other posts about online confirmations not working and haven't seen a resolution, other than the MYOB team adjusting something with the serial number...hoping you can please do the same for me.

I can certainly help with this, I noticed the account was locked though could not discover the reason why. I have now unlocked this account and refreshed the profile. You should now be able to confirm this file online without any other errors.
You may need to close and re-open the software to see the change.

I am trrying to get a verification code since 3 days. No reply from support!
I am using a 2011 version of Account right basic with no internet connection.

AccountRight 201X files do require an active internet connection to activate and confirm files, as the confirmation process works differently to AccountRight v19. This is listed on our System Requirements page.
Unlike AccountRight v19, which allowed the entry of a confirmation code, AccountRight 201X uses either online confirmation, or an emailed licence file to be able to confirm the file. As both of these are delivered by the internet, you do need to have access to an internet connection to allow the confirmation of your file
