After running an update I am being asked to confirm the account on login. I receive this error message "Unable to connect to the online confrimation service".
Can i get some help please?

Looking at your account, it appeared your company file has become locked and therefore would be unable to confirm online. I have unlocked that company file you and this should allow the confirmation to go through.
