Unable to restore company file online

Hi, I'm still waiting for any replies to my trying to restore company file online so I can process the pays but it says "unable to restore, an error occurred  while restoring the file".

 

I need help urgently, I still have to process the actual wages for this week.

 

Another problem I've noticed was the wages from last week disappeared when I was doing the Bank Rec yesterday.  I have checked/restored my backup offline and couldn't find the wages from the previous week.  I have also checked  STP Reporting for w/e 02/05/23 and it was already accepted by ATO. I don't know where else I can find the Payroll transactions for w/e 02/5/23. 

 

Please help.

Thank you for your post. We're sorry for the inconvenience. If you have a backup (zip) file that, are you are looking at restoring online with AccountRight Live this can be done through the File>>Restore option. From within here, you can select the required backup file and where you wish to save it i.e., in a library on your computer OR online with AccountRight Live.
