I have two MYOB accountright v2013.5.15 files that have unbalanced trial balances and balance sheets. From reading other posts I believe they need to be sent to MYOB to be fixed. Who do I send them to?
There can be a way to fix it on the front-end before having the file brought in for repair. If you give these steps a try then re-run the report, let us know if this has helped:

I sent you the details you asked for back on the 4th April and have not heard from you and the files are not fixed. Sorry I haven't followed this up earlier but I've been on holidays.
Can you please let me know where this is at.

Just checked in with Support and looks like this wasn't set up. I've just passed this to someone directly and asked them to set this up, you should be getting an email from the repair team shortly with the details of the repair.
