cant renew subscription

cant renew subscription

so for some reason my subscription has expired. ive spent days on live chat and on the phone trying to get it sorted as I cant do anything on my data file.

 

support has emailed me to renew the subscription via my account but there is no 'Renew subscription" option  (see screenshot)

 

why would my subscription have expired? wouldnt it just keep going until I cancelled it?

 

please help.
