Account Right 2015 upgrade

Hi I upgraded to 2015 a couple of days ago. I have two PCs I work from. One works fine, the other when I enter data and then go to process ie hit record, it takes forever or time out message comes up. so I cannot process any work.

Could this be a installation problem or just that my laptop can't take the new update. However, it installed with no problems at all. any ideas please
