I had this issue this time last year and it was never resolved. I have invited her on several occasions but although she receives the invitation there is no file for her to view. I spent some time on the 15th May with a representative of online chat and I was told the problem is at MYOB's end and he would have it fixed. 1 week later it is still happening. Very frustraiting for both of us!

Sorry to hear that your accountant is having trouble accessing your AccountRight online file.
I have taken a look of your account settings, it shows that your accountant's email address has been successfully invited as an online Administrator user. You can also view the status of the invitation and manage users via logging in www.my.myob.co.nz > My Products > Manage AccountRight Live.
In order for your accountant to access your online file, he/she would need to have the same version of AccountRight installed. Our record shows that currently you are using AccountRight 2014.4 and the file is currently checked out, please make sure your accountant is also using AccountRight 2014.4, and the file is checked in so he/she can also work on the file.
