All data has disappeared MYOB Essentials

Login in to my MYOB account and I just get this, No Results Found, This is heartattack material MYOB?

Welcome to the Community Forum. 

Can you please confirm that you are using the URL of essentials.myob.com when logging in? If you are using this can you please try logging in using another web browser?

If It is still not showing after this can you please send me a Private Message containing the following: 

• Business name
• Serial number
• Client ID
• URL of the page you are logged into

Is this an easy fix? I need to get a quote out to a client. i see this has appeared a few times in the forum but with no info on how to fix it.
