Bank Feed

I have a Westpac Platinum Mastercard  and can not register it for bank feeds. Can anyone tell me when bank feeds will become available for westpac cards that start with numbers other than 5474.

Bank Feeds are working on having all cards from various banks available to link to their MYOB accounts. You can call the Bank Feeds department on 0508 328 283 to discuss this further. Otherwise you can view a list on our website on the available banks - MYOB Essentials and AccountRight Financial Institutions.

I have talked to Banklink before - and also to Westpac (today)- both blame the other for not having the ability to get feeds on these cards. I have a Business Mastercard - it's for business (not personal) and the only difference between this card and the MastercardPlus is the where the liability for the debt lies.

I too would like bank feeds on these credit cards.

Now that Westpac have the new Airpoints MasterCard we have clients switching over from the old BNZ Airpoints cards which were avaliable for bank feeds, but sadly the new cards are not.  

This has to be an urgent matter for MYOB to sort out, whatever needs to change get it done.  More and more businesses are starting to rely on bank feeds and so if you can't supply them all then they will start to look elsewhere.

We apologize for the inconvenience of not being able to access all Westpac cards for Bank Feeds compatibility. As advised in my previous post we are currently working on getting all banks implemented with the Bank Feeds system in the near future. We do appreciate your feedback and sharing your experiences on the Forum and we will definitely pass your comments onto the Bank Feeds department.
