I have been trying to cancel my subscription for the last month. Everytime I ring I will wait on hold for half an hour and my waiting number still says the same. Finally I get a day the que moves quickly and everytime I get to the front of the que my call ends. Will someone please contact me as you have no other way to email or other number to contact!
