Cancelled subscription in April but still being charged after a few calls

Finally canceled subscriptions in April 2022 after so many calls but still being charged monthly in May and June (hopefully not july, august, sep......).

 

Takes ages to get the call through but being transferred from department to department still cannot solve the problem. Wasting time!!!

Cannot agree more. I finally canceled my subscription in April 2022 after so many calls but still receiving invoices. Takes so long to get the phone answered but being transferred from department to department still cannot solve the problem.
Wasting time!

Hi @Bob4 

 

Having a look at the account linked to your Forum log in you cancelled your Partner subscription. There is an active subscription for MYOB Essentials, if you wish to cancel this subscription please send me the following information in a private message:

 

  • serial number
  • primary contact name
  • primary email address
  • business name

The call center person promised someone will call me back at 12.30 pm 03/06/2022 but until now, after 24 hours, I did not receive any call from MYOB.

Very typical MYOB. Being transferred to a new department and leave the problem unsolved.
