Client Being Charged for File they no longer have

Hi There

 

I have emailed sales and support a few times with the details for a client who moved their data file to a new serial number and had the data removed from the cloud for the other serial number and have had no response since early December.  They have been charged for both data files again this month.

 

Can someone please help me get this resolved?

Hi @Dee-Workman 

You need to lodge a ticket for this through the practice online and get it credited.

Because you client is paying - they may need to do it themselves - I would get them to phone.

Sorry to hear about this. Can you please send me a private message with the following information so I can take a look into this:

  • Your full name and email address 
  • Current serial number 
  • Old serial number that should have been cancelled
