What do you have to do to get some customer support from MYOB, have been on the telephone to them everyday for the past 5 days, still not outcome, and i have been on hold for probably 8 hrs in total !!

What do you have to do to get some customer support from MYOB. Have rang them everyday for the past 5 days having been put on hold for over an hour & a half each time. Still no answers !!

On hold again now for 40 minutes and being told I am number 9 in the line at 5.30 pm.

You have dropped the ball on customer support MYOB.
