Disgusting Customer Support

I need to know how to log a formal complaint. 

 

I canceled my subscription a month ago - spending an hour on the phone to cancel it.  Yesterday I noticed that another payment was coming out of my account and again I phoned MYOB - no joy.  I checked the account today and the payment has come out.  I've tried to phone again and have been told to ring again (yes number 4) - apparently, they cannot deal with the issue. Also of interest is the card they used was EXPIRED!  I am furious and would like to know how I lodge a formal complaint.

I'm sorry to hear about this. If you wish to lodge a complaint you can do so via the Feedback & Complaints channel on the Contact us page on our website.

 

So that I can look into your subscription cancellation can you please send me the last FOUR digits of the serial number.

It is 2648.  I am on the phone with them again!  He is saying they will cancel and reverse.  Hopefully they will.

Sorry but can I get you to send me the full serial number and primary email address in a private message. The serial number ending in #2648 isn't linked to your Forum log in email.

 

Once I have that I'll be happy to check the cancellation is actioned.

I sent it to you yesterday . Please update me when I will have a refund.  I have also email support twice with no response what so ever.  This is beyond a joke now.

The finance team have advised me that the refund was paid to the credit card on your account on the 06/05/2022.

Hi,  Well that card was a debit card and it has not appeared in my account.  I had to cancel the card in order to stop further payments.  I think they need to talk to the bank as I do not have it.
