Getting logged out

for over 2 years now Essentials has had a problem of getting logged out. Why should i have to do the fix around every time i use myob. You have taken my fee each month and do not fix a fault that you should. if you can not fix the fualt then reduce my fee as im not getting what i am payin for

I'm sorry to hear about this. The cause of this was due to Google Chromes new feature which blocks cookies associated with gross-site resources. The current workaround for this would be the below:

 

If you're using 64-bit version of Chrome will need to uninstall that version and download a 32-bit version. The 32-bit version of Chrome needs to install to C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe for the shortcut edit to work

 
To edit the Google Chrome shortcut
  1. Right click on the Google Chrome icon
  2. Choose Properties
  3. Click the Shortcut tab
  4. In the Target field, at the end of the text, after adding a space paste in --disable-features=SameSiteByDefaultCookies,CookiesWithoutSameSiteMustBeSecure
