Hi, on my Hol Pay Report Totals there is one figure but on the termination column there is a different total, why is this? The Outstanding, Accrued & Advanced make up the total but I can't explain to the Auditor why the Termination is a completely different figure.

Without seeing the report it's hard to comment fully - but my first thought is it could be the 8% that will be owed on the annual leave paid out if the employee terminated?

Thank you Jennie, that makes perfect sense. I did suggest this to the auditor but as it was a couple of dollars out, they wanted someone else to confirm this!
