Inventory & Stock Management Training

I am in need of some Inventory & Stock Management & Analysis Training. I would like to work out; how many of an item we should be ordering in; how many of that item we should be carrying; how often an item is selling' what our margins are on that product; etc.

The MYOB doesn't do one report for all these things. But at the end of the day, I would like to understand all these figures for a better Stock Management. 

So does anyone know of some training I could undertake somewhere that can specifically deal with Stock & Inventory Management, with reference to using MYOB as the Inventory accounting and inventory system?  Online training will be fine, but in-person training could also work, if it was in Wellington, or perhaps Auckland. NZ.

Please note: I am not looking for an integration app of any kind, just a way to manage and understand the information we already have at hand; and perhaps how we can better use MYOB for this information.
