Invoices going to Junk Mail

Is there any way to copy and paste an invoice from MYOB directly into an email being sent?

Most of the invoices we send out directly from MYOB end up in our customers junk mail folder.

Re: Invoices going to Junk Mail

Hi there @Ply

First of all, please allow me to extend you a warm welcome to the Community Forum. I hope you find it a valuable resource.

You can certainly save invoices as PDF files via drilling into invoices individually > Send To > Disk, then email them out as attachments.

AccountRight doesn't have the ability to send email itself, it sends information to the default email program installed on your computer such as Outlook, the Outlook would deliver the email. Whether the email would be received as junk or not would depend on the security settings of the client's email program. The security settings can certainly be customised to accept AccountRight emails as normal emails.

Hope this helps. Please feel free t post again if you have more queries.

Kind regards,
Clover

Re: Invoices going to Junk Mail

Hi @Fountaincourt

When you email from AccountRight, AccountRight will tell the email program the recipient information i.e. email address, and where to find the email attachment. All the other information such sender's email address and other information do get placed on by the email program.

I would be sending an email directly from your email program and testing to see if that email does go through the customer's junk folder. If that is going through to the junk folder then you would be looking at speaking to an IT person or the email address domain holder to see what can be done in regards to emails sent from that email address.

Alternatively you may like to speak to your customer in regards to adding your email address to their Sage List email address. For more information into completing this task please see How can I prevent valid email messages going Outlooks junk email folder

Kind regards,
Steven
