I have been unable to logon to AccountRight today, is there any maintenance currently happening that would prevent me accessing AccountRight? I have attached a copy of the error message.

Are you using Server Edition or PC Edition?

Thank you for pointing me to the support notes. I am using the PC edition however it now seems our IT department may have changed some external site access settings so I am persuing them at the moment. Appreciate your assistance on this, I will certainly have a read through those support notes and get to the bottom of it one way or another.
