Online confirmation no longer working

I went to confirm a company file today and was told that my code was invalid. I've confirmed this online countless times. I then tried the phone method and that asked for a client code. I have no idea what this is, I don't think I've ever used or known I had one before. 

I then tried to log into the my.myob with the login that has always worked and was told that was invalid.

 

An email to the support email address pointed me here. 

 

Can someone from MYOB help, please.
