Hi,
We run Myob on a main computer and have 3 other computers that run off of this. Our main computer gave us an index 48 error, I looked online and everyone said to perform an optimisation. I did that this morning, the optimisation finished and Myob loaded fine.
However when I try to open Myob on our other computers it keeps telling me to find the file, when I click on what I think is the correct file it says that it is already in use.
We normally only have shortcuts to Myob on the desktop so I have never had to find the file before.
Help would be greatly appreciated.
Many thanks

Hi there @gss1 ,
depending on how the shortcut is setup (ie; does it have the full company file name and the location in the shortcut) you may have to find the file the first time, then it should be right again. The optimise should not have lost that information unless you re-named the file at some point.
The target line in a shortcut should read: C:\Premier19\myobp.exe "M:\Data\ABCcompany.myo"
assuming your data is kept in M drive in a folder called Data.
