Remove a file and create a new file

I would like to remove a file as it is no longer an entity.

I then wish to add a new file.

I have deleted the file in my library but cannot create a new one as online I suspect the file still exists.

We can certainly help remove a company file from the cloud if required. As we do need to confirm some company information and get some additional information from you, would you mind sending me a private message on this Forum with:

• The product serial number -- Setup>>Company Information
• The company file ID -- Help>>About AccountRight 
• The primary contact's name and email address
• The name of our account
• The Client ID - should be listed on the subscription invoice.
