Unable to restore

Help needed, for some time now I have been unable to restore any backups - I get the following message

 

Unable to Restore

C:\Users\myname\Desktop\MYOB Library\.restores

 

Have tried MYOB helpdesk and they are unable to advise me what to do.  Can anyone help?

Hi @Wedn3sday 

 

This can happen if the required Windows Shares were not created properly during AccountRight installation. Therefore, you will have to manually create those shares (.restores) by following step 5 "Check Windows Shares" of the help article AccountRight Library Services issues. 

 

Once you can see the shares created successfully, try restoring the backup again and let us know how you go on.
