Upgrade to Account Right Standard 2015.1 from Account Right Standard V 19.5

Hi Everyone,

I am from NZ.

One of our client is using Account right Standard V19.5.

They want to upgared it to latest standard version of MYOB which is Account Right Standard 2015.1 i guess.

Can they be able to upgrade from their current version to latest version without any issues.

Is their anything that should stop them for upgarding the system.

Please give some clarity over this.

Cheers,

MT

Re: Upgrade to Account Right Standard 2015.1 from Account Right Standard V 19.5

Hi @Tiwari

Thank you for your query.

You're right, AccountRight 2015.1 is that latest version available. Providing your client has an active Subscription they should be able to upgrade to this version without issues.

I would advise to run through the support note below before upgrading their company file. This steps through whether the software is right for them, how to upgrade their software and what to do with the company file.

If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Kind Regards,

I would add to Emma's comment - that make sure your client has the minimum operating specs on their computer/s

at least 4GB of RAM and a 2.8gHz processor running Win7 of Win8. It will not run efficiently on anything less.

Also make sure they don't have any 3rd party software that might be affected by upgrading.
