ATO services have returned to normal operation. All queued returns have been submitted to the ATO.
just a heads up that ATO is currently experiencing a severe outage across multiple sytems. This is effective the following ATO services:
Tax Agent Portal
ATO Access Manager
ATO phone systems
Some clients who have lodged returns this morning via PLS, as the services where failing, may have experienced an error SBR.GEN.FAULT.GENERALERRORINCORE. In these cases, returns will need to be relodged.
We have set our PLS services (for Lodgement Manager homepage based lodgments) to queue messages until the ATO returns to service, however clients lodging via PLS using AUSkey will not be able to lodge at all.
Tax agents may also experience issues contacting the ATO via phone.
