Can't accept client invitation

Hi,

A client has emailed me an invitation to access her Essentials file. When I click on Accept Invitation I am sent to my login page. Once logged with my details I can only see my own files listed.

 

I trialled an Essentials file for my own business, but decided it was not for me and went back to AccountRight. I can still log into the expired file, however.

 

Can you please let me know how to accept the client's invitation?

Thanks for getting back to me.

 

I persevered with the login and have managed to access the client's file from my Partner section.

 

I think maybe the process to recognise the invitation takes a little longer than I thought it would.
