Myob Account Right Subscription

Currently our subsctiption shows 5 entities under the same serial number

I would like to change the subscription to 2 of them from Account Right Live Plus to Account Right Live Basic

change one of them from Account Right Live Plus to Account Right Live Standard, cancel one of them as we no longer use that file and leave one as is

 

How do I go about doing this

You'll now be able to make changes to your Account Management without waiting over the phone. You may refer to our Community Forum post, Changes to Billing support, that has detailed information to manage your accounts. 

 

If you need further assistance you can send me a Private message with the following information:

  • Serial number 
  • Full name and email address
  • Company data file ID numbers of each file you want to make changes
