Morning login into my partner online files, and clink on file name and files are BLANK?

This error indicates that you are logged in to your MYOB account but do not have access to the file are attempting to open. This can happen if numerous files are open on the same computer and are mentioned in the recently opened files on the welcome window.
I would recommend also to clear cache and try to log out and log back in.
