REMOVE AN OWNER NOT INVITED

HI

 

I am the primary/original MYOB account owner, I went to remove an accountants access and noticed that another accountant from the same Firm has been given administrator/owner access to our MYOB file, i don't understand how this could be when he is not an owner as i only pay the subscription, he was invited as an administrator but not an owner. - I need to remove his access and delete him from our MYOB account - How can this be fixed??

Hi @BOB_2020 

 

I believe you have to ring MYOB as an owner/The Owner and have any other owners deleted - owners can invite other owners - administrators can invite other administrators but cannot invite themselves to be owner - complex.

 

I would say remove ALL owners except yourself - then invite your accountant to be an administrator as you wish.
