RESOLVED: AccountRight Live performance issues

Hi everyone, 

 

We are aware that some of our clients are experiencing performance issues in AccountRight Live

 

We're looking into the possible cause of the issue. Our experts will endeavour to get things back to normal as soon as possible. Clients may choose to work offline while this issue is being resolved. The following Help article has more information on taking files offline:

If you are having trouble accessing the file or are unable to check out the file as suggested above, you may consider working on a local (synchronised) copy of your file. The following Help article has more information on this:
