Reducing Support phone numbers (Accountants and Partners)

Hi Everyone

As part of work to simplify the way you interact with support and to ensure the best support experience, we have been reducing the amount of old support numbers we have active.

The numbers below are being targeted in this new phase and on the 1/3/2023 these numbers will be disconnected.

AU:

1300555114

1300555126

NZ:

0800 69 62 72

0800 94 96 98

The below number will be disconnected on the 2/6/2023.

AU: 1300 555 666

At this time calling the above numbers redirects you to the existing main numbers, so your experience won’t change by calling the main numbers.

So that you don’t get caught out on the 1/3/2023 or the 2/6/2023, please make sure you are using the existing main numbers for Accountants + Partners Sales and Support, which as of writing this post are:

AU: 1300 555 117

NZ: 0800 69 62 27
