Resolved - Phone issues!

Hi everyone.


We're currently experiencing technical difficulties with our telephony provider. As a result there may be no audio when your call is answered. If you do experience this we are aware and apologise for the inconvenience caused by this. 


Should you have any queries please post on this forum or call again after 2pm AEST.


UPDATE: We're glad to say that this issue has been resolved. Thank you everyone for your patience during this time.
