Has there been a subscription fee increase? Our bank has been debited an increased monthly fee - We have not received any notification of an increase and I am unable to access any information in our administration login.... please explain....

Thanks for your post. As of September 1st 2022 there was a price adjustment, information would have been sent out to the primary contact of the account. Further Information on this and a direct contact channel if you have any further questions is available here.
