Updated Live Chat hours for Partner Support on SME Products

We're always looking for ways to support you better and save you time. Our Live Chat usage numbers show us that you need us most Monday-Friday, not on the weekends.

 

Therefore to increase our coverage when you need us most, from the 4th of September 2023 we are shifting our resources towards Monday to Friday to help answer any Partner support questions on SME Products during the below hours:

 

AU: 7:00am -7:00pm AEDT  Monday to Friday.

NZ: 9:00am - 9:00pm NZDT Monday to Friday.

 

You can also get advice from fellow MYOB members right here in our Community Forum and submit cases through the Practice Dashboard.

How do you get to live chat, all I see on the contact page is the virtual assistant which is more than useless.

Our live chat can be accessed here: https://www.myob.com/au/contact-us. Click on the phone icon from the top right corner, which brings the 'Contact us' page. Click on Live chat on the right and the chat window will appear at the bottom right corner. We've also sent you a private message to know more about your concern so that it can be resolved.

 

You're also welcome to post your query here on the Community Forum and one of us we'll be happy to assist you.

Thanks for flagging this.

 

Currently, we are in the process of revamping our web page, hence why you are facing the error 404. 

You can now chat any time with our virtual assistant MOCA wherever you see a chat bubble at the bottom of the page. You’ll also find it in My AccountMYOB Academy, and on our help pages at myob.com/support. If MOCA can't help, you'll be able to chat with support or submit a support request.

so i got up early, because this posts says your support phones start at 7am.

i called at 7.20 to be told you dont start til 9am. 

 

and still, no live chat bubble anywhere.

 

I need help to confirm my accountright, i cannot do it on line, its an old version and right now its a rock. 

spent an hour on hold yesterday and gave up.

 

how do i get help with this fully paid for programme?

Hi, i rang at 9.01 and got through in about 10 min, and for a change, the person helped me first go, took 5 min thankfully, cheers, jo
